I am a passionate teacher, curriculum creator, and a HUGE overthinker. I been an educator from the lower grades to upper elementary in various subjects. Currently, I am happily teaching 4th grade ELA in an amazing school in South Florida.

My faith is very important to me. It keeps me grounded and reminds me of the special vocation that I hold as a teacher. For this reason, I believe in teaching from the heart, recognizing that all students are capable of succeeding in an environment where they are loved, cared for, and encouraged.

As a teacher, I noticed how students were very little engaged with the curriculum, and I wanted to change that! So I created OverthinkerTeacher to provide teachers with low-prep activities that meet educational standards and resonate deeply with students' learning journeys. My mission is to empower teachers to find the balance between engagement and rigor, making learning fun yet challenging.
